Everything has been created in the spring of February 2000, when three musicians met to play some concerts and to record the first CD of sound effects, Wisdom, under Swedish label Universal. In 2001, they recorded a second CD on the same label as a quartet with Joe McPhee. Both CDs are out of print.

The trio had long wanted constellation where several musical styles to meet a very strong grip. All members are affected by different traditions of free music from Germany, England and America, and these influences are felt, and do not need to hear.

When the trio started, the book contains mainly songs of Don Cherry, then the group name. Mats Gustafsson is today Sweden and one of the biggest names in the music scene free. Through groups like Gush, trio and Peter Brötzmann AALY Chicago `s tent, he has established itself as a very powerful saxophonist, and has somewhat reinvented the way to play the saxophone.

Haker Flaten and Paal Nilssen Ingebrigt-Love has become known as Norway `s heavy rhythm section.
